Acceptance and parties
Blockamora: Block Puzzle is provided by Konsepto d.o.o. By installing the game or tapping the accept button on the welcome screen you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
How personal data is handled is explained in a separate document, the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is not part of these terms; data processing is always carried out as described there.
The 13+ requirement
The game is for players aged 13 and over. By using the game you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. Persons under 13 may not use the game. If you are a minor, we assume you accept these terms with the knowledge of a parent or guardian; Google Play’s family and approval tools apply to purchases.
Licence to play
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game for personal entertainment on Android devices where you obtained it through Google Play. Copying, distributing, renting, selling, modifying or reverse engineering the game is prohibited except where mandatory law allows it. The game’s name, artwork and content belong to Konsepto d.o.o. or its licensors.
In-game items
Points, stars, badges and similar in-game items are part of the play experience only; they are not real money, have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other asset. They are not transferable outside the game.
Premium and payments
Premium is a one-time purchase; it is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges. Google Play processes the payment and shows the total price before you confirm. You can restore Premium with the Google Play account that made the purchase. Google Play’s applicable terms and your statutory consumer rights apply to refunds.
Fair use
You may not use the game for cheating, automation or interference with its services, abuse the server or provider services, or use the game unlawfully. In case of abuse, access to accounts and online features may be suspended or ended; your local game on your device is not affected.
Service, changes and liability
The game is provided free of charge, and online features such as advertising, accounts, cloud saves and purchases may change, be interrupted or end over time. We may update the game and these terms; for material changes the current terms are shown in the game for renewed acceptance and published on this website.
Liability for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and any other liability that cannot be excluded by law remains unaffected. Beyond that, our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for a free game. Your mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
Governing law and contact
